How to get more investor enquiries from your website

Getting people to your property development website is one thing. Getting them to actually pick up the phone or fill in a form is another challenge entirely. The good news is that most of the fixes are straightforward.

Be clear about what you offer

Buyers and investors want to know very quickly what you build, where you build it, and what kind of returns your projects deliver. If your homepage is full of vague language about “unlocking potential” without saying anything concrete, people will lose interest. Be specific. Mention locations, yields, property types, and the kind of buyer or investor you work with.

Make your track record visible

Nothing converts like proof. Case studies, completed developments, projected vs actual returns, testimonials from existing buyers and investors. If you’ve delivered results, put them front and centre. People making high value financial decisions need to feel confident, and evidence builds that confidence faster than anything else.

Simplify your contact process

If someone has to fill in a twelve field form just to ask a question, most of them won’t bother. Keep your enquiry forms short. Name, email, phone number, and a message box. That’s enough to start a conversation. Add a phone number and a WhatsApp option for people who’d rather talk straight away.

Use calls to action that mean something

“Submit” and “learn more” are weak. “Download our latest investment brochure” or “speak to our team about upcoming developments” tells people exactly what they’re going to get. Be direct and specific.

Build credibility into every page

Professional memberships, team bios with real photos, press coverage, completed project galleries. These things might seem like extras, but for someone weighing up whether to commit six figures to one of your developments, they matter a lot.

Getting traffic and getting enquiries are two different problems, but the second one is very solvable. Pollinate Marketing works with property development companies to turn websites into genuine lead generation tools. If your site gets visitors but not enquiries, get in touch and we’ll take a look.
