    Who we are

    Rooted in Manchester

Maybe you’ve tried doing SEO yourself instead of focusing on what you do best. Digital PR FAQs

Link building is about getting other websites to link to yours. Think of them like recommendations: when someone links to your site, it tells Google your business is trusted and relevant. That matters because the more high-quality sites linking to you, the higher your site can appear in search results. Good link building drives traffic, builds credibility, and helps potential customers find your business. For local and small businesses, it’s a practical way to compete with bigger competitors and show search engines and users alike that you’re a trusted name in your area.
High-quality backlinks are basically votes from other websites saying, “This site is worth trusting.” Google notices these “votes” and uses them to judge how relevant and reliable your site is. The more trustworthy sites you have linking to your site, the more authority your site earns, which makes it easier to rank higher in search results. That’s how Google has worked since the 90s, and while the algorithm has gone through tons of changes since then, this is still part of the fundamental backbone of how Google decides which sites it likes and which sites it doesn’t.
You won’t usually see big changes overnight. It can take a few weeks to a few months for links to start affecting your rankings and traffic. It depends on factors like the quality of the links, the competitiveness of your market, and how much work has already been done on your site. The important thing is to focus on consistent, steady growth rather than quick wins. Good links build lasting authority, which means results keep compounding over time. For business owners, this means your website becomes stronger month by month, getting more visible to potential customers, generating more clicks, and eventually turning that traffic into real sales.
We pride ourselves on our straightforward reporting. Each month, you get a clear breakdown of the links we’ve built, where they’re coming from, and the impact they’re having on your site’s visibility. We show changes in traffic, improvements in rankings, and which areas of your profile are strengthening. Reports focus on the results that matter to your business, not technical metrics you don’t need to worry about.
Link building works best when it’s part of a bigger picture. On its own, links can move the needle, but when your site is technically sound, your content is strong, and your links are backing all of that up, everything works harder. Think of it like this: technical SEO makes sure Google can find and understand your site, content gives it something worth ranking, and links tell Google other people agree. We always look at link building as one part of a joined-up strategy, not something that runs in isolation.
The links you’ve already built don’t disappear. They’ll keep working for you, and you won’t lose everything overnight. But your competitors aren’t standing still: if they’re still building links and you’re not, the gap starts to close. SEO is a long game, and consistent link building is what keeps your site moving forward rather than slowly losing ground. The good news is that a strong foundation of quality links gives you a solid base to build on whenever you’re ready to pick it back up.
Absolutely. If you’re launching a new product range, opening a new location, or rolling out a new service, link building can amplify that. We can build targeted campaigns around the launch, getting coverage on relevant sites, securing links to new landing pages, and making sure Google picks up on the expansion quickly. It’s a practical way to make sure your new venture gets visibility from day one rather than waiting months for organic traction to build.
